The CCS Support Group and Avaya Global Services
work together to provide excellence in worldwide support. With
the onset of IP telephony, computer integration, and Avaya’s
open standards, our remote support services have increased. Anytime
our CCS Support Group deploys a new system we have remote access
to critical applications (if you elect for a CCS extended warranty
policy). This allows us for quicker diagnosis and problem resolution,
quicker replacements, quicker troubleshooting, and quicker remote
assistance for general questions.
The CCS Support Group monitors and maintains your switches remotely
nationwide and resolves 99% of tickets remotely. In case that you
do require a site visit, the CCS and Avaya support group will open
a ticket and resolve the issue onsite.
CCS SNMP telephone monitoring is available upon request. This allows
even more access to items on your network and when errors pop up
the CCS Support group will be notified. The CCS and Avaya Chicago
support center will dispatch an internal support agent to immediately
resolve issues.
