CCS IMPLEMENTATION GOAL: To provide a complete installation with minimal downtime and disruption to your business.
At Converged Communication Systems, our main implementation goal is to provide you with a complete and smooth installation, so that your business does not experience unnecessary downtime.
1. Installation, Programming, and Training
Below is a step-by-step example of the CCS implementation strategy that results in the success of our implementation goal:STEP ONE:
The first step is Information Gathering. You will be appointed a project manager who will advise you throughout the entirety of your project. Once assigned, they will review your project in great detail, establish the level of expectations, and then schedule installation and training dates.STEP TWO:
The next step is Pre-Installation and Remote Programming. Given the information cumulated, a solution tailored to your project will be pre-programmed at CCS offices.STEP THREE
The third step is Installation. A majority of our customers prefer scheduling installation after hours, so we do not believe it's necessary to charge overtime labor. With that being said, we will be flexible with scheduling your installation after-hours without an extra charge. Your pre-programmed solution will be installed by your installation team, which includes your project manager, and any other fundamental alterations will be made at this time.STEP FOUR
The next step is "First Day Business Coverage". To ensure that you and your business are getting full advantage of your setup, we will be onsite for the first day of business coverage. On this day we will make any necessary final changes, and will provide training which includes full end user as well as administration training. Customized administration guides will be provided as needed.STEP FIVE
The final step in the installation process is Post-Implementation Support. For those that are interested, we provide in-house maintenance and support services. Since our many service resources are in-house, our team is always ready and able to help you.
2. Post-Warranty Maintenance Programs
We extend the option of either a CCS or manufacturer-based post-warranty maintenance policy. Most of our customers choose our CCS services as it provides the same coverage and response time at a lower cost and a much more personal and private approach.
