Here's how our process works: When a new client is onboarded, the onboarding team works with them to identify the alerts needed and the response to the alert. Our engineers work to enable all IT smart devices to provide necessary alert messages or flows that can be outputted from managed devices - such as routers, firewalls, switches, telephony components and application servers. This provides a 360 degree view of traffic from both a network management and a telephony perspective, allowing us to gain a full view of your IT infrastructure when problems arise.

Under this program, we commonly monitor the following: primary and secondary Internet connections; critical network components, such as managed switches, firewalls, and routers; provider termination devices; network traffic and performance; bandwidth utilization; and application servers such as voicemail servers, call servers, telephony servers, domain servers, exchange servers, and managed servers.
