Fully Managed Communication Systems

Customers are asking more and more about fully managed solutions as well as fully hosted solutions for their telecommunication infrastructure. We have a number of different solutions to help with your fully managed telephone system and hosted PBX needs.

A fully managed solution is one that is not managed by your firm, but managed by us. Full service and support as well as programming services are performed by the CCS Support group for customers that do not have the staff or time to manage and make changes to their system. Please inquire about a fully managed solution.

A fully hosted solution involves where some essential parts to the phone system are located at a different location and managed by the firm that hosts it. When you move call processing offsite you lose flexibility and manageability and rely on another provider. We do see a market for hosted solutions for businesses that need to rent space for a year and then move to another location thus eliminated the guess work in moving their phone system from place to place.
