Avaya IP Office Support Services (Avaya IPOSS)
Avaya Communications has introduced a Software Support program for Clients who want access to major and minor software upgrade licenses for new IP Office releases as well as corrective software updates for software bug situations. These software programs have been made available for all IP Office releases at minimum R8.1 and above and this also applies to IPOCC as well as SBC.

- Avaya IPOCC (Avaya IP Office Contact Center)
- Avaya IPOCC Agents, Supervisors and Multichannel
- Avaya Session Border Controller (Avaya SBC and Avaya SBCE)
- Avaya Contact Center Select (ACCS), also known as Avaya Aura Contact Center (AACC)
- Avaya One-X Server
- Avaya IP Office IP500 V2
- Avaya IP Office Server Edition Select
Avaya IP Office clients take advantage of Avaya IPOSS (Avaya IP Office Software Support) by contacting Converged Communication Systems for more information. If you don't have an Avaya IP Office or Server Edition, inquire about other Avaya Software programs and extended support options. Remote technical support is also available based on the Converged Communication Systems support plan you elect.
