New Installations: How do we succeed:
When you purchase a new Avaya IP Office solution our pre-implementation
team of experts takes over and hand holds you to provide a seemless
installation. Within 48 hours of the handover, you will receive
notices letting you know what the next step is and guiding you
through the pre-installation process. From there your assigned
group of experts gathers as much data as they can in order to pre-program
your solution and gather the necessary resources for your project.
We put a lot of our resources in the pre-planning phase and we
believe this is critical in order for our customers to get the
best end result.
We build and pre-program your Avaya IP Office system. This gives
our team enough time to build, test, and burn-in any essential pieces
of equipment to eliminate critical issues on deployement. Once completed
98% of your solution is complete and ready to be rolled out. All
that remains are minor tweaks to the system that will be reviewed
onsite, however you have a fully working solution.
Our rollout team is there to provide seamless migration that limits
your downtime. We perform first day of business (FDOB) support which
helps end users learn new features and functionality of the system.
Post-installation your project manager has remote access to help
with changes or modifications. Fully admin training is the performed
about a week later. This gives your administrative person time to
digest the new technology and get a list of items they need to review.
