Avaya IP Office Solutions:

Avaya IP Office solutions are the hottest selling small to mid-market business telephone phone system on the market today.  This phone system is a rack mountable phone system with Avaya feature rich functionality built in that allows you to deploy analog, digital, wireless, or IP sets or even a mix of these to have a fully converged solution.  With the release of IP Office R4.0 came the release of IP500 solutions including IP500 processor, IP500 insert modules, and IP500 expansion modules.

Avaya IP Office IP400 Customers:

For certain features like Avaya Mobility (One-X™ to cellular) you will need to migrate to the IP500 processor.  Contact the CCS Support group at 847-424-1500 for migration process and to review existing equipment to see compatibility options. Or if you are looking to move or add to your existing IP400, the CCS Support group will assist you purchase new equipment that is compatible with what you have today.
