Previous to that position, Amy spent 18 years as Vice President and General Counsel for the Americas and Europe for IBM Corporation. She had legal responsibility for 75 percent of IBM\u2019s global sales with a team of more than 200 attorneys located in 30 countries. She was named by Diversity Journal as a \u201cWoman Worth Watching\u201d along with other recognitions.<\/p>\n<p>Andrea Cunningham has had extensive experience in the industry, including launching the Apple Macintosh computer alongside Steve Jobs and founding her own communications agency, Cunningham Communications. She also founded and is president of Series C, a marketing consultancy that deals with emerging and public high technology companies.
