The award, presented by Omega Management Group Corp., is one the most significant awards a company can receive in the industry.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The NorthFace ScoreBoard Award recognizes organizations who not only offer exemplary customer service, but who also center their existence on a deep commitment to exceeding customer expectations,\u201d said John Alexander Maraganis, the president and CEO of Omega. \u201cThe majority of companies are repeat recipients, which shows that, despite the tough economy, implementing a CEM strategy is a reliable, proven way to achieve business success.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Omega is an expert in customer experience management strategy, and presents the award every year. Customer satisfaction is measured four times throughout the year, through customer surveys that are based on a 5-point scale. Categories measured include technical support, field services, and customer service and account management. To receive the NorthFace ScoreBoard award, companies must achieve a 4.0 or above out of a possible 5.0. The score is based solely on the survey responses from the company\u2019s customers.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The NorthFace ScoreBoard Award is especially meaningful to Avaya since it represents the sentiment of our actual customers,\u201d said Linda Hartig, the Vice President of Avaya Global Support Services. \u201cOver the past few years, we\u2019ve made significant investments in our service environment and leveraged technology that enables proactive, rapid communication and collaboration to enable customer success.
