All businesses need some type of networking in place as well as tools to make everything run more smoothly. Some companies are also looking for ways to reduce fuel costs in order to still collaborate with other destinations. Avaya offers business solutions that will help a company advance their current technology needs. They offer solutions such as IP Office <\/a>and a Business Communications Manager. The IP office assists businesses that have anywhere from five to 1,000 members by giving them access and support up to 32 sites. Those who use IP office control communications by using an IP phone, cell phone or laptop. All of the messages that a person receives (from fax, voice and email) can be combined into one inbox. If a employee receives an important message, he will be automatically notified. Managers will never have to call multiple phones to find their assistants or other employees. Calls can be made to both desk and mobile phones simultaneously.<\/p>\n

This will help a business cut costs on conference calls, long distance fees and keeps mobile employees productive. The Business Communications Manager also allows a business to save money on communication calls<\/a> and allows customers to be better served.<\/p>\n

Companies are always looking for ways to cut cost in businesses. By cutting costs, this allows for more income towards the business.
