CCS and Avaya Monthly Wins<\/h2>\n

The CCS team helped a couple of clients enhance their communication capabilities in the past month with Avaya solutions and support.<\/p>\n

1. Managed CCS Avaya Telephony for a Global Risk Services Firm
\n<\/strong>After losing their main telephony resource, this client opted to outsource all management of their Avaya Definity<\/a> and IP Office<\/a> environment to the CCS team, in addition to the existing break\/fix agreements they already had in place with us.<\/p>\n

2. Avaya IP Office Upgrade for a Women\u2019s Healthcare Provider
\n<\/strong>The client has an outdated release of IP Office and is spending a significant amount per month for service from their current carrier. After reviewing their options (cloud versus staying on-premises) with our advisors, the healthcare provider has decided to remain on-prem, upgrade their IP Office system, and partner with a new voice\/data carrier.<\/p>\n
