This month, the Converged Communication Systems (CCS) team and our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.convergedsystems.com\/avaya.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">trusted partner Avaya<\/a> have continued to assist businesses in need of advanced enterprise communication solutions.<\/p>\n<p>Here\u2019s how CCS recently helped a client improve their communication capabilities with Avaya solutions, in addition to some recent notable news items from Avaya.<\/p>\n<h2>CCS and Avaya Monthly Win: Avaya IP Office Upgrade for a Chauffeured Services Provider.<\/h2>\n<p>This client story demonstrates how our team can improve business operations by assisting with the purchase, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.convergedsystems.com\/avaya_system_installation.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">installation<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.convergedsystems.com\/phone_system_maintenance.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">maintenance<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.convergedsystems.com\/customer_support.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">support<\/a> and more of Avaya solutions.<\/p>\n<p>The client was relying on a very old release of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.convergedsystems.com\/avaya_ip_office.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">IP Office<\/a> and Customer Call Reporter (CCR). They wanted assistance getting up-to-speed during the lull in business caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. Our team helped them transition to the latest release (R11), ensuring they have a current and secure communications platform in place.<\/p>\n<p>Here are a few more key details and advantages of the work we did for this client:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>With the exception of the IP500 hardware, we\u2019re virtualizing the application server, ASBCE and XIMA<\/li>\n<li>We replaced their old handsets with a combination of new digital and IP sets.<\/li>\n<li>We also incorporated Session Border Controller in the solution design to accommodate and securely connect mobile and remote workers.<\/li>\n<li>Our team replaced their end-of-life Avaya Customer Call Reporter with XIMA Chronicall + Realtime Agents, which allows for enhanced customer service reporting, tracking and monitoring.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Avaya News<\/h2>\n<p>Since the publication of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.convergedsystems.com\/blog\/avaya-news-june-2020-how-the-ccs-team-helped-5-clients-improve-communications-with-avaya-solutions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">our last Avaya news blog<\/a>, the supplier <a href=\"https:\/\/www.avaya.com\/en\/about-avaya\/newsroom\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" class=\"external external_icon\">has posted<\/a> a few notable news items.
