CHICAGO - In partnership with Avaya, Converged Communication Systems (CCS) will host a free seven-part webinar series on Avaya IP Office and Server Edition starting Thursday, January 14, and ending Thursday, February 25. The series will help current IP Office customers and those thinking about purchasing IP Office learn how the platform enables business growth without the need to add costly hardware or services. Attendees will also have the opportunity to get hands-on experience with IP Office.
During the series, attendees will find out how Avaya IP Office and Server Edition give businesses the ability to expand from five to 1,000 or more employees, start with one location and add unlimited others, and allow home and remote workers to connect and collaborate with ease. Additionally, the webinar series will explain how IP Office lets users gain new capabilities - such as mobility, video conferencing, and a full-fledged customer service center - simply with the addition of new software.
