staff
Bob,
I would like to take this time to pass on a special
thank you to yourself, for staffing your organization with such great
employees.
I have recently and in the past worked with your sales
and service team. Each time we do, we become more impressed with their
dedication to the Converged Communication Systems customer, and the
amount of professionalism, and technical competence, that they each
respectively display.
The patience of my account executive in getting
this project off the ground and his knowledge of the product(s) was
tremendous. The Boca Raton branch office imitative was a long
and painful one.
Your service and support team's selflessness, knowledge,
and dedication to our project was a major factor in being able to
open this office, on time. Despite the efforts of 3-4 Hurricanes
and other human diabolical efforts, (or lack their off), you accomplished
the near impossible.
We here at Chicago Investment Group, over the
coming years, look forward to continuing and growing our relationship

In a recent Network World Fusion article (by Bob Violino
2/28/05), Stephen was chosen to discuss their favorite network products
and services and he raved about the Avaya IP Office solution. “We
installed the switch initially at our Boca Raton, Fla., branch
office in July 2004, and our president was so impressed that he
asked us to install it in our New York office. We also are putting
