We would like to send out a warm thank you to the team at Converged Communication Systems for all their efforts, responsiveness, and insight with our telecommunication infrastructure. The Avaya IP Office telephone system has allowed us to better use our overall resources. Converged Communication Systems provides superior account management from sales to service that has allowed us to leverage our investment and customize the IP Office to better suit our needs.
We just completed our second Avaya IP Office installation and are planning to migrate our other locations to the VOIP infrastructure in the near future. Fox World Travel is the 14th largest travel agency in the United States with continued growth. Our offices are located in over 16 cities with a business focus on both the vacation and business traveler. We think it is critical to provide the best customer experience over the phone - and Converged Communication Systems helped us provide that.
Converged Communication Systems recommendation with traditional and IP technology allowed us to leverage our multiple location presence. We use a mix of standard remote call forward and IP technology to allow calls to flow between sites depending on the availability of our agents. Some of our locations get considerably more busy than others and CCS helped us to create a plan on how we can leverage our workforce to monitor other location call traffic and enable themselves to take calls from other sites if need be. Also, the built-in conference bridge allows us to better manage our people and keep our management team more up to speed on our business.
We are excited about the opportunity to work with the team at Converged Communication System. They kept the quality component high on their priority list and had an unwavering dedication to completing the project on time.
